I came across this post on Facebook and was totally inspired to see what was happeing in the states. A country that has as bigger car culture as Australia however there is a grass roots movement away from this non sustainable mode of transport to a cargo bikes. Cargo bikes offer the ability to carry stuff (lots of stuff, inc children) with very low running costs, no pollution, no parking fees and all the freedom you receive from cycling. its starting to take off here in Australia with people looking for alternatives to the car!
