Terms & Conditions of Sale

All products remain the property of Good Concepts until they have been paid for in full by the customer. Delivery of requested items will be made when payment has been received in full. Good Concepts does not have any liability to you, the purchaser, arising from the supply of our products to you, except that we shall provide you with a refund or replace products for you if there are any defects. All guarantees and warranties are provided by manufacturers and are applicable only when stated on products.

Payment Options


Good Concepts accepts 2 payment forms as below:
1. Credit Card (PayPal – no account required)
2. Direct Deposit (electronic funds transfer)


PayPal

PayPal allows the transfer of money between email users. It is a system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account.

Please note that you do not need to have an account with PayPal to buy on www.goodconcepts.com.au. Credit card details are entered directly into PayPal's systems. None of these details nor any password you use on the PayPal system are transmitted or held in the Good Concepts systems. Any further information will only be held with your explicit consent. Details collected allow us to process your order. Further details about the PayPal payment system can be reached through PayPal's website at www.paypal.com.au. Once you have finished processing the transaction you will be redirected back to the Good Concepts web site. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received and once payment has been accepted you will receive a shipping notification.

Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates

Please ensure all Good Concepts Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates are redeemed at the time of ordering. Once the order has been submitted and paid for by means other than a voucher, we are unable to retrospectively redeem a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate to offset that cost.

All Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates are issued with an expiry date as indicated on the voucher itself. Once that Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances. It is the Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate holder's responsibility to ensure it is redeemed before the expiry date.

Good Concepts Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates may not be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Good Concepts product, please contact us and lodge a request to return the product for an exchange or refund detailing the issues you have with the product. Any product received without prior notice will not be processed.

Please ensure that you lodge this request within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please do not return any item without contacting us first with all details. If you return an item for refund, it will be refunded based on your original method of payment. All items are to be returned in the original box or packaging.

When returning a product please ensure:

    * Original packaging & boxes are used
    * All items included in the parcel are returned at the same time.

Also note that Good Concepts does not permit the return or exchange of any item that has been damaged, opened or used.

If your return is not due to Good Concepts error, we will deduct shipping costs from your refund. In the event of a return by you or your recipient due to change of mind, we will exchange or refund in the form of a Good Concepts Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate. However, you will pay the postage and handling fee of the return to Good Concepts and re-delivery to you. We will not refund the initial postage and handling fee, wrapping, and other fees.

Note: All products that are found to be non-defective will incur the postage and handling fee of returning the item to Good Concepts.

Note: Good Concepts recommends that you use a courier to return the product as you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.


Product Availability

If for any reason a product cannot be dispatched within the 1 - 10 working day timeframe, we will inform you by telephone and get the order to you as soon as possible thereafter.
